Because I don't get any answer from any emailadresses from Musitek, I installed SmartScore on Windows as English Version.

And what can I see? The fields in the german form are named wrong AND they are in the wrong sequence! I can't believe that! I typed the Serial Number into the filed 'Key Nummer' and the Customer ID into the field 'Serien Nummer' and now it works! For all who have the same problem.
